About the Role:- Manage complex payrolls across multiple cycles, ensuring compliance and accuracy for over 100 EBAs.
- Lead payroll testing and analytical review activities, including system transitions, to ensure data integrity.
- Provide expert support across payroll systems and workflows, resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure legislative and audit compliance, staying informed of regulatory changes and meeting audit requirements.
- Deliver specialist payroll advice and training, supporting team development and coaching staff.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting, including termination and redundancy calculations, general ledger reconciliations, and statutory reports.
