Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing automation platform across ANZ.
You will be partnering closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Onboarding, to support and win high-value enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish yourself as a trusted technical authority, providing expert guidance to internal commercial teams on complex business problems.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and high-impact customer consultations that drive results.
- Translate intricate business challenges into clear technical solutions and implementation plans that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support RFPs, troubleshoot complex issues, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Develop enablement programs for internal teams across Sales, Partnerships, and Onboarding to ensure seamless execution.
- Demonstrated experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Specialist role with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth understanding of email marketing platforms or marketing automation solutions.
- Practical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and eComm platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to the growth and development of a globally recognized product, expanding its presence in ANZ.
- Shape how we support and sell to customers regionally, making a lasting impact.
