Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing automation platform across ANZ.

You will be partnering closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Onboarding, to support and win high-value enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish yourself as a trusted technical authority, providing expert guidance to internal commercial teams on complex business problems.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and high-impact customer consultations that drive results.
  • Translate intricate business challenges into clear technical solutions and implementation plans that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support RFPs, troubleshoot complex issues, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Develop enablement programs for internal teams across Sales, Partnerships, and Onboarding to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Specialist role with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth understanding of email marketing platforms or marketing automation solutions.
  • Practical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and eComm platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
