Job Overview

This role involves working with a nationally recognised organisation to improve the well-being of Australians through world-leading hearing services and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering and optimisation workshops with business and project leads;
  • Develop business cases, user stories and functional specifications that are accurate and accessible;
  • Manage and coordinate UAT, ensuring solutions meet acceptance criteria;
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose practical technology solutions (focusing on D365);
  • Manage stakeholder interactions and expectations across multiple initiatives;
  • Provide thought leadership on using technology to solve complex business problems;
  • Stay across industry trends and improve BA processes and methodologies;
  • Adhere to WHS requirements and contribute to a safe workplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' Business Analysis experience with hands-on requirements definition and management;
  • Proven experience coordinating and managing UAT in business-engaged environments;
  • Strong communication, customer focus, resilience and negotiation skills;
  • Track record delivering robust outcomes and managing risk appropriately;
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM or ERP) is ideal.
