With a mission to provide quality, cost effective, innovative, fastening & drilling solutions to tradespeople across Australia. Their Customer Service Team has over 29 years' experience in the construction fastener and drilling markets which makes their service and knowledge second to none.
The Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a Lead Generation Specialist to join the team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will play a critical role in driving the sales efforts by generating qualified leads through telemarketing and ensuring their successful conversion into sales.
Based in Smeaton Grange, this role will suit someone who is highly motivated with strong communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers with the objective of generating leads and identifying sales opportunities
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their potential as prospective customers
- Develop a deep understanding of the products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and outcomes
- Provide regular updates to the sales teams on lead generation activities and progress

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in Internal Sales, Lead Generation or Telemarketing
- Someone who can confidently build rapport with prospective customers easily over the phone
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to be able to convert leads into qualified opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in documenting lead information accurately
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and initiative
