Job Title: Guest Service Agent

Join our team at The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney, a chic and sophisticated hotel located in The Rocks, close to Circular Quay. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the central point of contact for guests and residents, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest calls and requests promptly, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
  • Utilize the hotel PMS to accurately process and input all reservation types within the same working day.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, ensuring guest confidentiality and following procedures and processes in regards to credit and cash transactions.
  • Maximize yield in both occupancy and rates through a positive selling approach.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a reservations role (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OPERA or other PMS systems (ideal).
  • A P2 Provisional driver's license (preferred but not required).
  • Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
