Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and efficient check-in and check-out services to guests
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize the hotel PMS to accurately process and input all reservation types
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times and ensure guest confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest & Residents Experience Manager to achieve exceptional customer service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a reservations role (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of OPERA or other PMS systems (ideal but not essential)
  • Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
