About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a large sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Commercial Expertise: Strong commercial expertise and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
