We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our Darwin team, offering exciting opportunities to broaden and deepen consulting skills, work on complex projects, and take ownership of specific project domains.

The role involves:

  • Delivering high-quality results in assigned project domains or work streams
  • Leading client consultations and engagements, leveraging expertise to convey key messages effectively
  • Undertaking project coordination activities on small to medium-sized projects, building on project management capabilities
  • Developing strong deliverables that communicate key insights to clients
  • Taking an active role in client development, coordinating client or sector teams, and identifying opportunities for future engagements
  • Providing exceptional support to Project Directors and Managers, particularly on large projects

In terms of qualifications and experience, we require:

  • At least 2 years of prior work experience in a professional environment related to our sectors and capability areas
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and translate qualitative and quantitative data
  • The capacity to think, articulate, write, and present logically
  • Strong problem-solving skills applied in a structured and creative way
