Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team in Darwin. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading company, NCS Australia, and be part of a comprehensive range of business analysis tasks.

About the Role

This position involves collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to execute project plans. Key duties include facilitating workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather and document business requirements, conducting walkthroughs to validate and obtain approval of business analysis outputs, and supporting testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, proficiency in requirements gathering, business process analysis, modelling, process mapping, and information analysis, and ability to provide a holistic, human-centred approach to digital product design.

Candidates should also possess high-level analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and lateral thinking, effective client liaison, change management, and facilitation skills, and experience working in collaborative environments with high-performing teams and tight deadlines.
