Position Overview: The Change Management Practice Lead plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining effective change management policies, processes, and practices. This position is crucial for supporting the organization’s ISO20000 certification through meticulous record-keeping and document management. The role also encompasses vendor oversight and necessitates robust relationship management across various stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Change Managers, Specialists, and Release Managers to ensure quality governance of change across the organization.
  • Foster team development and engagement, actively participating in Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate the integration of Change Management processes with ITSM tools.
  • Implement strategies to enhance service performance for both internal and external customer teams.
  • Engage in regular governance meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders, including advisory boards.
  • Administer ITIL-based Change Management processes to guarantee successful service delivery and initiate quality improvement solutions.
  • Provide operational governance and risk assessments aligned with ITSM/ITIL V4 frameworks and relevant certifications.
  • Deliver Change Management training to promote best practices against ITSM/ITIL standards.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Change Management, client relations, and team leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to guide oneself and others towards achieving objectives independently.
  • Strong experience in vendor and stakeholder management, with a focus on operational effectiveness.
  • Proactive in addressing vendor performance issues and leading escalation processes effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • ITIL V4 certification or equivalent experience in Change Management practices.
  • Experience with ITSM system and process integrations.
