About the Role

The University of New South Wales is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Change Management Practice within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). As the Head of Change Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change management strategies to support the delivery of programs and projects across the university.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement change management strategies to support the delivery of programs and projects
  2. Build and manage the enterprise view of change impacts across university initiatives
  3. Lead the development and analysis of change updates and reports for EPMO governance
  4. Provide thought leadership and change management advice for complex organizational change needs
  5. Recruit, lead, coach, and manage a team of change professionals

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with extensive experience in leading and delivering effective change management outcomes
  • Extensive experience in engaging, leading, and coaching teams within a matrixed organizational structure
  • Proven experience in project/program delivery and change management
  • Strong leadership with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide/coach cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of different project management methodologies and frameworks
