Doctor Required for Busy Coastal Practice in NSW

This thriving 12 GP practice in Port Macquarie is seeking two experienced doctors to expand their team. The practice boasts a modern, purpose-built facility with stunning sea views from the consulting rooms.

The practice has experienced significant growth, with around 50 new patients registering daily. With the current doctors fully booked, they require additional support to meet the demand for quality healthcare.

This is a lucrative mixed billing opportunity, with the current doctors achieving $2-4,000 per day. The practice offers a competitive remuneration package, including:

  • 100% of billings for the first month
  • 80% of billings for the next two months, then 65% thereafter
  • Average earnings of $300-$450,000 per year
  • Relocation assistance (dependent on hours and contract length)

The practice operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and offers a supportive team, including practice managers, administration staff, and three efficient nurses. On-site pathology services are available, along with a range of other services, including psychology, physiotherapy, audiology, and speech therapy.

Port Macquarie is a charming town with a population of nearly 80,000, offering a great work-life balance. The town boasts excellent schools, shopping, recreational, and sports facilities, with direct daily flights to Sydney and Brisbane.
