Head Medical is pleased to present a General Practitioner opportunity in a beautiful coastal town in New South Wales. This practice is known for its friendly and diverse team, with a flat management hierarchy and a focus on work-life balance.

Practice Details
The practice has 7 consult rooms and 3 treatment rooms, with a team of 5 FTE doctors, 3 practice nurses, a practice manager, 3 receptionists, and visiting allied health professionals. The patient base is traditional age-retired and local families, with a high and increasing proportion of newly arrived Sydney commuters and affluent retirees.
Specialist Interests
Specialist interests are not required, but the practice would welcome expertise in Integrative & Lifestyle medicine, and Sports Medicine. The practice can also offer opportunities to teach cosmetics, medical cannabis prescribing & skin-cancer medicine to interested doctors.
Location
The practice is located at the waterfront end of town, with water views through the plate-glass consulting room windows. The adjacent supermarket is convenient for lunch, and the practice has a tab with the coffee shop next door. The closest hospital is 10 minutes away, with an Emergency Department. The practice is also close to the tertiary, University teaching hospitals and University of Newcastle medical school.
