About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Strategist to lead our organization's financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate forecasting and analysis of financial data. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective financial leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business success
- Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting and analysis of financial data
- Lead financial reporting and compliance, ensuring timely submission of reports and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Manage financial relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance on significant transactions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably as a CFO or equivalent
- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and profitability through effective financial leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA or CA) highly desirable
