We are seeking an accomplished strategic portfolio leader to drive business growth through thoughtful planning and execution.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive business strategy for the Qantas Money Credit Card portfolio, ensuring compelling, competitive, and sustainable value propositions that deliver profitability.
- Oversee the ongoing development of the Qantas Money Credit Cards product suite, including financial management, product pricing, and risk analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify revenue growth initiatives and review current actions and impact to profitability.
- Lead discussions with Risk on the credit scorecard and credit overlays to maximise risk/return trade-off for the business.
- Extensive experience in Financial Services, particularly in Unsecured Lending business and partnership management.
- Demonstrated understanding of the business and its customers, consistently looking for opportunities to improve business performance.
- Strong Analysis and Decision-Making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills with the ability to lead change and positive innovation.
