The role involves:

  • Daily Client Liaison
  • Administration and Office Support
  • Maintaining the facilities of the office
  • Collation/General Administration
  • ASIC corporate secretarial duties
  • Setting up boardrooms and refreshments for clients and partners
  • Management of meetings

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in Professional Services
  • MYOB AE, Xero and CAS 360 experience highly regarded
  • Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to build rapport with clients
