Medical Scientific Liaison Job Summary:

We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific credibility with external experts in gastroenterology.

- Develop and maintain key scientific knowledge for credible dissemination of information and informed dialogue with physicians and external experts.

- Participate in projects, clinical studies, and medical initiatives, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

- Provide expert guidance on promotional materials and activities.

- Ensure access to current medical/scientific information on products and therapeutic areas of interest.

- Deliver presentations on scientific matters to physicians and external experts.

- Assist in the selection process for collaborative efforts and ensure high scientific integrity.

- Initiate, oversee, and follow up on assigned clinical studies/medical projects.

- Develop awareness of competitor issues and communicate within the organization.

- Attend scientific societies meetings and conferences, and summarize key messages.

- Support the development and review of promotional material.

Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs.

- Knowledge of scientific methods applied to clinical research and regulatory controls.

Candidate Profile:

- Keen interest in developing expert knowledge for assigned therapeutic area/product.

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles in healthcare.

- Exposure to medical affairs or medical information functions.

- Experience in presenting and interpreting scientific research publications.
