Operational Expert

The successful candidate will serve as an operational expert in their assigned area of therapeutic expertise.
Key responsibilities include developing strategies to support new business proposals, working with experts to differentiate Emerald Clinical from its competitors, and collaborating with Functional Area Heads and other stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
The role requires creating effective delivery strategies and solutions for all projects within the relevant therapeutic area, as well as acting as project champion for awarded projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualifications in a related science or healthcare discipline are essential.
- At least 10 years of global clinical research experience, including hands-on operational project delivery, is required.
- Expertise in one or more operational areas, along with the ability to implement projects within assigned areas of expertise, is necessary.
- A strong understanding of operational strategy and access to information that supports effectiveness in this role are also required.
