Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Client Service Manager to take on key responsibilities and drive business growth.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal position that requires an individual with strong client-facing skills, process improvement acumen, and strategic thinking abilities.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying areas for process enhancement, and implementing initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving internally strategic initiatives that impact client interactions
  • Maintenance of client documentation and accurate change controls
  • Supporting internal user groups and enhancing staff knowledge of clients
  • Staying abreast of transformation changes within the organization
