**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our global client services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent service excellence and driving transformation changes that align with our clients' strategies.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of seamless, integrated operating models across product jurisdictions and operating centers. You will also represent an internal and external point of escalation for unresolved service items and act as a proactive internal leader on ways to optimize end-to-end client service delivery.

Your expertise in services operations and client experience will enable you to create a unique operational value that defends and grows our book of business with clients. You will work closely with our Client Executives to identify new business opportunities and develop our value proposition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12+ years of services operations and client experience
  • Global experience preferred
  • Multiple business line experience preferred
  • A minimum of 4-year undergraduate degree or MBA
