Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Managing Director, be part of the executive leadership team, and work in collaboration with department leads.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring of a high-performing client service and delivery team.
  • Develop strong business relationships with senior clients across the agency portfolio located in Australia, Europe, and the US.
  • Unearth new business opportunities, both organic and new.
  • Partner with our Executive Creative Director and Head of Strategy to drive a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation across the agency.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to build our agency profile and leverage our memberships with industry associations.
  • Understand client's strategic challenges and work with the strategy, media, and creative teams to develop proactive opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years experience working in a senior leadership role in a communications environment.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in team leadership and senior C-Suite client management.
  • The ability to lead new business pitches across existing clients and new business.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify strategic recommendations and lead communication programs of work.
  • An understanding of strategic marketing and the CX/digital niche market.
  • The ability to be a natural problem solver, adaptable, and collaborative in your working style.
