
Client Service Leader

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional client service and product delivery consistency.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain talented professionals who share our client-first attitude and capacity for growth.
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service, providing comprehensive training to the team.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide commercial insights and expert advice to a diverse group of small business clients.
- Collaborate with our Learning & Development Lead to ensure adequate training meets CPD requirements and professional standards.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements for service delivery operations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior accounting role, including coaching and mentoring junior staff members.
- Must meet CA ANZ practicing certificate requirements and obtain it.
- Experience working with small business clients is advantageous, but not essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, is highly beneficial for success in this role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- A dynamic mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments, is required to meet challenging growth targets and deliver results-driven solutions.
- Commercial focus and passion for helping clients succeed are crucial for long-term success in this position.
