Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional client service and product delivery consistency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain talented professionals who share our client-first attitude and capacity for growth.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service, providing comprehensive training to the team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide commercial insights and expert advice to a diverse group of small business clients.
  • Collaborate with our Learning & Development Lead to ensure adequate training meets CPD requirements and professional standards.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements for service delivery operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior accounting role, including coaching and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Must meet CA ANZ practicing certificate requirements and obtain it.
  • Experience working with small business clients is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, is highly beneficial for success in this role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • A dynamic mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments, is required to meet challenging growth targets and deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Commercial focus and passion for helping clients succeed are crucial for long-term success in this position.
