- Our client, a leader in the asset finance space is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Novated Leasing Client Service Consultant. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with the clients, providing exceptional customer service and advice to ensure their novated lease experience is smooth and hassle-free.**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to their novated lease.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice and support.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure efficient management of client accounts.
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the novated leasing process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and finance teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.

Qualifications:
- Experience in the finance or automotive industry, with a good understanding of novated leasing and vehicle financing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in using software and databases.
- A team player who is willing to go above and beyond to meet client needs and deliver results.
