**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage strategic initiatives that support the delivery of high-quality services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients across NSW.

The successful candidate will have a passion for social justice and be able to develop and implement projects that improve the delivery of services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic client service initiatives.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement projects that improve the delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • You must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
  • You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • You must be willing to undertake a Criminal Record Check.
