Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and delivering high-quality employee experiences.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and implementing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, summarizing and actioning employee changes, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and customers. You will also drive continuous improvement efficiencies across People Services systems and processes.
Requirements- A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Previous hands-on experience using the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
- A keen willingness to learn and grow within a supportive corporate environment is required.
