The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Value Specialist to join our Hornsby Store team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences by providing personalized recommendations, building relationships with customers, and promoting our products and services.
This is a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours per week including rotating Saturdays. Korean speaking applicants are encouraged to apply as we have a large diverse demographic customer base and these language skills will assist us operationally to deliver an outstanding customer experience to these customers.
About the PositionThis role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, connecting with customers, and helping them get the best possible value from their health insurance. You will work closely with supportive colleagues and managers to achieve business growth and community-based relationships.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing individualized recommendations of suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits of these products for easy decision-making.
- Developing business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products, and acquire new members.
- Taking a 'customer-first' approach, you will assist existing Bupa members in their day-to-day transactions, ensure they understand the full value of their health insurance product, provide solutions to identified concerns or needs, and educate them on all the benefits they can access.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000-$80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
