Health Solutions Specialist

Bupa is a leading healthcare provider that prioritizes delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Health Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
With a strong focus on customer-centricity, you will be responsible for providing personalized recommendations on our health and wellbeing products to ensure customers get the best possible value from their Bupa Health Insurance.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Hornsby, working 38 hours per week including rotating Saturdays. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about sales and customer engagement, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with our diverse customer base.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of our health insurance products and be able to educate customers on the benefits they can access. You will also be responsible for developing business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products.
We offer a competitive salary package of around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, including access to our state-of-the-art knowledge base, "Know-It", and opportunities for career development and growth.
