About the Role

This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, requiring the ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service to patients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications, with prior experience in medical reception or call centre roles being advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities

Medical Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Handle patient enquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
  • Maintain patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Contact Centre Agent Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist patients with general inquiries, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
  • Document call details accurately in our system.
  • Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
  • Able to multitask, with strong organizational skills to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patient empathy and patience when dealing with patients over the phone.

Salary Information
