Job Summary

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting Aboriginal children and young people aged 0-18 to optimise their development.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working with diverse populations, and a passion for promoting inclusive practices.

Salary and Benefits

">

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary package, estimated at $122,462 - $135,978 per annum, plus superannuation, leave loading, and generous salary packaging options.

In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid over three installments, as well as access to our comprehensive benefits program, including six weeks' annual leave, relocation assistance, and more.

About the Role

">

As a Speech Pathologist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide seamless assessment, treatment, management, and support to Aboriginal children and young people with developmental and learning disorders.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised plans to promote optimal development, as well as collaborating with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support.

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field;
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
  • Experience working with Aboriginal communities, preferably in a similar role;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
