**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our programs, including the Child and Youth Assessment & Therapeutic Service (CYATS) and Youth and Family Support Services (YFSS).

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide reception support to the Administrative Support Officer and other team members.
  • Archiving of hard copy diagnostic files to an electronic records management system.

**Requirements**

  • Qualifications in Business or Health Administration or similar, or previous experience working in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure.

**About the Role**

The Receptionist position will work under the supervision of the CYATS management team and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
