Our Opportunity

We are looking for a high calibre technician to join our Sydney team, who is sustainably minded and can use their knowledge to fix our appliances and/or air-conditioners quickly with our spare parts to satisfy our long-standing customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Service Repair Professional, you will carry out professional quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop.

You will develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions.

Additionally, you will complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection, and maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.

Requirements

We require an Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) industry experience as a minimum.

You will also need strong communication skills and strong PC skills, as well as the ability to provide premium customer service.
