About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Penrith site. As a key contact point for our customers, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding sales processes and ensuring every interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Build strong relationships with customers, executing test drives, delivery, and post-purchase check-ins
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
