Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Penrith site. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout their journey
  • Execute test drives, delivery, handover, and post-purchase check-ins
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and attention to detail

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment with face-to-face and online customer service
  • Ability to maintain high standards, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and displaying professionalism and integrity
  • Skill in building rapport and strong relationships with customers
  • A valid driver's license
