About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Zip. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

  • 6-12+ months experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
