Housekeeping Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Housekeeping Executive to join our operations team at a prestigious hotel in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the housekeeping team maintains high standards in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Establish operational procedures and standards for housekeeping services.
  • Manage employee hiring, rostering, and performance within the housekeeping department.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the housekeeping team.
  • Plan and coordinate activities for the housekeeping team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Inspect assigned areas to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Drive results within the housekeeping team by setting and adhering to key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain hotel presentation.

About You:

  • You will have experience as a leader or manager in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Prior experience in leadership or management is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • A competency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Additional attributes include a hands-on approach to work, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to drive results within a team.
