Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hotel Operations Manager to lead our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving operational excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and security departments.
- Work collaboratively with sales and revenue teams to optimise hotel performance.
- Champion high standards of cleanliness and maintenance across all areas.
- Analyse performance metrics and guest feedback to provide insightful reporting.
- Continuously innovate in service delivery and strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Confident on operating hotel management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A methodical and process-driven approach with flexibility under pressure.
- A positive impact on people, leaving them with memorable experiences.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to support others.
