Job Title: Credit Functional Lead - Revenue Control

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead our credit functional team in revenue control. This is a key role that will drive commercial and customer impact through process improvements.

  • Develop and implement revenue control initiatives that reduce errors, enhance customer experience, and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimise credit and collections processes, analyse and improve cross-functional workflows and reporting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with training teams to develop materials and provide support for change management initiatives.

If you have extensive expertise in energy sector credit and revenue control processes, strong knowledge of consuming occupier and disconnection scenarios, lost revenue recovery, full credit lifecycle, and accounts receivable, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
