Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Credit Control Specialist, you will support Partners and stakeholders in fee collections and query management.

  • End to end credit control for the business, ensuring collection of accounts in accordance with engagement terms.
  • Providing monthly reporting on accounts receivable data and highlighting collection arrangements outside of engagement terms.
  • Facilitating the fee queries process including analysis of issues and actively pursuing resolutions, whilst maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Administration of the debtor's process in accordance with business procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in a financial or professional services environment preferred. You will also have strong working experience in Excel and be resourceful and solution-focused, with an empathetic yet resilient nature.
