Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate training records, including attendance tracking, qualification levels, and achievement documentation.

• Ensure all mandatory training is up-to-date, manage recurrence reminders, and handle training bookings to maintain compliance.

• Collect and manage course feedback, providing statistical reports and insights into training standards, and offer recommendations for improvement.

• Coordinate training enrolments, internal and external, across online and face-to-face platforms.

• Collaborate with external training providers to organize programs and resources as needed.

• Oversee the logistics for external training programs.

Qualifications:

• Experience working within the Aviation space or across an organization with high compliance requirements is highly regarded.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, particularly ELMO.

• Strong organizational skills, with an attention to detail in record-keeping and compliance.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and liaise with external providers.
