Job Description

The Corporate Learning and Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Training Manager ANZ in developing and implementing training initiatives across the region. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing general administrative support to the Learning & Development team
  2. Organizing training courses, programs, and events to meet business needs
  3. Serving as the primary point of contact for queries and assistance
  4. Creating engaging learning items and curriculums
  5. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive Learning Management System
  6. Entering training records into SAP SuccessFactors LMS for reporting purposes
  7. Designing and developing reports and data analysis to inform business decisions
  8. Collaborating with other departments and global working groups to ensure data accuracy
  9. Implementing system upgrades and new features to enhance user experience
  10. Maintaining accurate employee training records in the Learning Management system and other data management tools
  11. Providing regular and timely reporting to the Training Manager ANZ and plant leadership teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills
  • Highly developed stakeholder management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to proactively review administrative processes and build efficiencies to improve
  • Demonstrated competence in computer skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and LMS is highly desirable
  • The ability to work autonomously without supervision
  • Alignment with Mccain Foods' values of family, authentic, quality, and trusted
  • A minimum of 3 years administration or customer service experience
