**About the Role**:
As the Learning & Development Coordinator in the Melbourne office, you will report directly to the HR Director and play a key role in facilitating training programs and compliance training for the Lawyers and legal support staff within the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering training sessions on various systems
- Conducting Learning & Development induction for new starters
- Assisting with administration of compliance and training systems
- Leading the implementation of new training materials
- Reviewing and optimising existing L&D processes
- Maintaining and updating resources

**About the Team**:
Join a dynamic HR team located between Melbourne and Sydney offices. The team consists of 10 dedicated professionals, including HR Business Partners, a National Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Coordinators, and L&D staff.
