Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Coordinator to provide strategic planning support for major contractors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Offer real-time project management assistance, providing expert guidance and problem-solving expertise.
    • Collaborate closely with senior directors and clients on commercial advice and dispute resolution, leveraging strong communication skills.
    • Support expert witness commissions and compile detailed reports that meet the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
    • Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster growth and development within the team.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project coordination, with a strong background in engineering or construction and excellent commercial awareness.
    • Proficiency in project controls, delay analysis, and Primavera P6, with a proven ability to adapt to complex situations.
    • Sharp communication skills – written and verbal – and a desire to work in a tight-knit, high-performing team environment.
