Job Description:

Our team is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The successful candidate will provide key support with project management, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing strategic support to division heads in managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
  • Tracking progress on key projects, preparing regular status reports, and presentations for review.
  • Coordinating with division heads to gather input, monitor timelines, and ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including timelines and action plans.
  • Scheduling and facilitating project-related meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and follow-ups are documented.
  • Assisting in resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and internal reporting for project-related activities.
  • Identifying delays, escalating issues to the General Manager, and following up on corrective actions.
  • Supporting change management processes during project implementation phases.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficient computer skills, highly organized.
  • Skilled in problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, departments, and workflows.
  • Understanding of guest experience and service quality standards.
