This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to take on the role of Senior Project Manager. The job involves overseeing large-scale new build projects, as well as smaller-scale fit-out and refurbishment works.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate project teams and stakeholders
  • Drive program, budget, and risk management outcomes
  • Provide strategic advice and add value during early-stage project planning

About the Role

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management
  • Proven track record delivering new builds across the full project lifecycle
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ambitious, commercially astute, and passionate about delivering quality results
