Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordination Specialist to manage multiple, complex IT projects concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement industry-standard project management methodologies to plan and deliver projects effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assist with project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Manage project scope, timelines, requirements, and facilitate regular client engagements proactively.
- Develop metrics to measure project performance and implement control/reporting procedures efficiently.
- Address change management and scope-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality project documentation and presentations.
- Coordinate with the Resource Management Office to manage project staffing and resource allocation strategically.
- Australian Citizenship and an active Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Security Clearance - Essential.
- At least 2-3 years of experience managing IT multiple projects within a Defence or National Security agency.
- A minimum of 10 years of total project management experience, with experience in agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Familiarity with enterprise open source solutions is advantageous.
