About the role
As a Partnerships Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and managing partnerships that help us acquire new merchants and strengthen our value proposition. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to launch and manage partnerships, ensuring they're effective and impactful.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and establishing partnerships with new resellers, aggregators, and tech integrators.
- Collaborating with our GTM teams to develop and execute partner launch and ongoing campaigns.
- Managing day-to-day relationships with our partner network, including onboarding, training, and regular check-ins.
- Executing partnerships end-to-end, from business development to partner launch and ongoing management.
- Meeting quarterly KPIs and partner objectives.
Qualifications and experience
- 2 years of post-university experience in the technology sector, with a focus on channel partnerships, sales, or business development.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with low to moderate complexity.
- Experience growing and distributing new products with partners via compelling economic incentives and close collaboration with internal and external sales and marketing teams.
- A motivated and proactive mindset, with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
