The Administrative Support Officer will provide executive-level administrative support to the General Manager and Director of Nursing at Melbourne Private Hospital. This role involves coordinating diary management, managing incoming calls, and maintaining documentation and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager and Director of Nursing with business matters.
- Coordinate diary management and prioritize daily commitments.
- Manage incoming calls and respond on behalf of the General Manager and Director of Nursing.
- Minute taking for selected meetings.
- Assist in recruitment and maintenance of electronic personnel records.
- Maintain documentation, records, and office systems.
- Work as an active team member to support all work tasks.
Essential Criteria:
- Authority to work in Australia.
- Minimum of 1-year administration experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a hospital environment (desirable).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
