Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide high-quality customer support through instrument installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting">
  • Install new equipment and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal device performance">
  • Troubleshoot and repair Hamilton equipment, identifying root causes of instrument failures and reporting problems effectively">
  • Regularly commute to and from customer sites, navigating within the region while adhering to traffic laws and schedules">

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a high desire for quality, demonstrated experience working in both field and corporate settings, and the ability to train non-technical personnel on complex technical material. The ideal candidate should also possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related discipline from a regionally accredited university">
  • The equivalent combination of an associate's degree or vocational training and at least two years of technical experience in an electronic/electrical engineering environment">
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English">
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move approximately 60 pounds">
