Job Title: Claims & Insurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Claims & Insurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the allocation and processing of claims and insurance maintenance work.

Your primary focus will be on managing a team of professionals to administer and finalize claims and insurance tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of customer information relevant to claim resolution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of diverse skills, capabilities, and experience to meet business strategies and goals.
  • Develop and improve case management standards, quality assurance, and service delivery.
  • Manage and reduce work in progress (WIP) to targets identified by Line Manager or Head of Operations.
  • Ensure compliance obligations are met and delegations are adhered to.
  • Assess and implement regulatory changes impacting claims and insurance.
  • Deliver reports to regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You should have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and direct team members. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others.

A proven track record of success in claims and insurance management is required, along with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Candidates should also possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
