Insurance Claims Professionals play a vital role in managing end-to-end processes of insurance claims.

As an Insurance Claims Officer, you will be responsible for accurate, timely and proactive actioning, upload and management of claims, insurance related tasks and other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Action claims efficiently and effectively to ensure successful completion
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, business partners and third parties
  • Provide insurance and claim advice and support to stakeholders and business partners

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Motor Vehicle Claims, Claim Recoveries or Insurance Industry
  • Have moderate to advanced skills with full Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound written communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Results orientated and able to work under pressure
